Mosaiques diagnostics GmbH has generated the largest urinary peptidome/proteome database (molecular range 0.8-20 kDa), currently consisting of more than 70 000 entries from various research, clinical and university centers. This enabled us to define over 20 000 features from which for more than 3500 sequence information was retrieved.
